Things people ask first
4 questionsHow do I book a session?
Reach out directly on WhatsApp or by phone. Sessions are booked conversationally — you'll be able to talk through what you need before committing to anything.
Is my session confidential?
Yes. What you bring to a session stays between you and your therapist. Please don't send clinical or health details by message or email — those channels are not secure, and a phone call is a much better first step.
What does your approach look like?
Integrative. It blends evidence-based psychological techniques with spiritual insight, adapted to each person rather than applied as a fixed protocol. It may involve some trial and error, but it's always collaborative.
What do you work with?
The full list is above, but anxiety is the through-line — it shows up in almost everything else, whether it arrives as burnout, boundaries or self-worth.
